Mouse Captain terms of service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms cover Mouse Captain, the Everdrift account center and related staging online services. The operator is Everdrift Digital Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., registered in Guangzhou, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. Contact email: support@everdrift.cn.

2. Invitation-only staging

Current staging may invite external testers to validate accounts, entitlements, hosted AI and basic service flows. Testing access is personal to the invitee. Features may be incomplete, change, be rate-limited or paused. Availability equivalent to a commercial service is not promised.

3. Software license and devices

Subject to these terms, Everdrift grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mouse Captain on compatible devices you control. Your current entitlements determine the device limit.

You must not bypass technical restrictions, sell testing access, redistribute software without permission or use the service to infringe others' rights.

4. Accounts and security

Use an Apple account you control and protect your devices and sessions. Accounts, testing access and entitlements may not be rented, sold or shared with unrelated parties. Report unauthorized activity promptly.

5. AI features, credits and output

Apple's local models, Everdrift-hosted AI and your own API keys are separate paths. Hosted AI consumes credits or allowances. The selected path, estimated usage and data boundaries should be shown before execution.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Independently verify it for important decisions, public publication or professional use. Staging promotional credits are for testing only and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, malicious automation, bypassing access controls, disrupting systems, stealing credentials, spreading malware or processing personal or confidential information you have no right to provide.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain the relevant rights to input you lawfully own and grant only the limited processing permissions needed to fulfill your active request. Everdrift retains intellectual property in its software, brand, interface and service technology. AI output may be affected by the input, law and provider terms.

8. Third-party services

Sign in with Apple, the hosted AI provider selected for a request, providers used with your own keys, future payment channels and distribution platforms each have their own terms. Hosted providers may include DeepSeek or others added later. Everdrift will explain the actual service path before a request, but cannot control ongoing third-party availability.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the service, sign out or request account deletion. Everdrift may restrict accounts for serious terms violations, legal requirements or clear security risks, providing notice and appeal channels where feasible. Online data is handled under the privacy policy and applicable retention periods.

10. Liability and changes

Testing services are provided as currently available. Final terms will specify liability limits where applicable law permits, without excluding consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will create an identifiable new version and require renewed agreement where necessary.

11. Governing law, disputes and support

These terms are generally governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be discussed through support@everdrift.cn . If discussions do not resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to a competent people's court where the operator is located.

These provisions do not remove consumer, privacy or other statutory rights under the law of your habitual residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Ordinary support requests are planned to receive an initial response within 5 working days, although resolution depends on complexity. Security, account lockout and statutory-rights requests are prioritized according to risk and legal deadlines.
