Is Dock Captain a traditional single-window app?

No. It mainly runs as a menu-bar app and background helper, providing a Dock, launcher and window layout tools across displays.

Why does moving windows require Accessibility permission?

macOS requires Accessibility authorization to control other apps' windows. Final stability must be validated with a properly signed release.

Will AI read filenames, window titles or app paths?

No. Candidate layouts use temporary anonymous identifiers, with real-path mappings kept in local memory. AI cannot automatically delete, uninstall or continually move apps.

Can I download it now?

There is no public download yet. Multi-display compatibility, permission lifecycles, signing, notarization and secure updates still require release validation.
